AI consulting & training
Straight advice on where AI would win you work or give you hours back, and training so your team can actually use it.
Most owners are buying AI seats with nobody in the business whose job it is to know whether they are buying the right thing. We do that job. We learn how your business runs, tell you which tools are worth the money and which are noise, and put sensible rules around how your staff use them. Then we train your team on your own work, so it sticks.
How we help
An AI audit of your business
We look at how you really work and map the few places where AI would save real time or win real work, with the cost and effort spelled out.
A prioritised roadmap
A short plan, in plain English, of what is worth doing and in what order, so you spend money on the things that pay back.
Hands on team training
We train your people on the tools using your own work, not generic examples, so it actually sticks.
Tool selection
We compare the main AI accounts on the work your staff actually do, so you buy the right one rather than the best advertised. And we set a budget you can predict, instead of a bill that creeps up as people use it more.
Ongoing support
Someone to ask when you are not sure. And when a member of staff builds something with AI that the business starts to rely on, we check it will hold up before it goes anywhere near a customer.
Working with us
What an engagement looks like
Most engagements start here. The first conversation is a thirty minute call where you describe what is eating the time, and if we do not think AI would pay back for you, we say so on that call. From there the shape is simple: we look at the real work, you get a ranked plan, and you decide what happens next. Nothing in this service line commits you to a build.
- 1Measure where you actually are
- 2Watch the real work
- 3Rank what is worth doing
- 4Train each level on your own workGate before this step
- 5Set the rules
- 6Come back and check it stuck
Every stage, with what you bring and what you get as each one closes, is set out on How we work.
What we need from you
Time with the people who actually do the work, not only the people who own it, and honesty about what has already been tried. We assess your leadership and your staff separately, because they are usually in different places, so we need access to both. The quality of the plan depends on how much of the real work we are allowed to see.
Where we stop for your sign-off
Because there is no build to accept, the plan itself is the thing that gets signed. You get the ranked plan in writing first, and nothing gets designed or built until you have read it and agreed it. Each item on it is costed for the time it saves, the effort to build and the running cost, so you are signing a set of costed decisions and you can strike any of them out.
What you keep
The audit, the ranked plan and the written usage policy are yours whether or not you go any further, and none of it needs us in the room to be useful. You also keep the prompt templates your team builds up in training, on your own documents and your own tasks.
What happens after
We come back and check what stuck. People quietly abandoning a tool is the normal outcome of training, so the return visit is part of the job: what got dropped is either fixed or taken off the list. If you then want one or two items from the plan built, that is where the automation and agent service lines pick up, and because the plan already holds the costings you make that decision with the numbers in front of you.
The technical side
How it works
- 01
We learn how you work
We start with a proper look at your business, where the time goes and where the pressure is.
- 02
We find the few changes worth making
We are deliberately conservative. We would rather recommend two changes that pay back than ten that sit unused, and each one is costed for the time it saves, the effort to build, and when it pays for itself.
- 03
We teach, we do not lecture
Training is hands on, with your real tasks, in language anyone can follow.
- 04
We leave you independent
The goal is a team that can use these tools without us. We make ourselves optional.
What you end up with
You come away with a costed list of the changes worth making, ranked by what each one is worth to you, and a team that can use the tools without us.
