AI Agent Solutions
Enquiries answered around the clock and the routine admin handled for you, by agents that work within clear limits with a person on anything that matters.
A good agent does more than answer common questions. Half of what we build is ordinary software: we connect your systems so the agent can look things up, check availability and file what comes in, and those steps run the same way every time. The other half is the agent itself. It reads what a customer actually wrote, pulls the relevant facts out of your own information, and answers in the words your business would use. The payoff is the support time you get back on the routine questions that take up most of the day. We run this on our own business first. Pulsar's own marketing is built by an agent we made, with a person approving anything that goes out.
What we build
Website and inbox assistants
An assistant on your site or email that reads what a customer actually asked, answers the routine questions instantly, and hands the unusual ones to you.
Back-office agents
Agents that work behind the scenes on the admin that needs a judgement, reading incoming enquiries, sorting them, and drafting the first reply for a person to check and send.
Trained on your business
It answers from your real information, your services, prices, hours and policies, in the way your business would put it.
Booking and lookups
Wired into your calendar or systems so it can check availability, take a booking, or look up an order, not just chat.
Clean human handover
When a conversation needs a person, it passes it over with the full context, so the customer never has to repeat themselves.
Clear limits and approvals
It works from a fixed list of actions it is allowed to take, and anything that sends on your behalf or touches money waits for you to approve it.
Working with us
What an engagement looks like
Agent work is scoped after the audit, against the questions your customers actually ask and the systems you actually run. If we have already built you a quick win or two, the connections made for those become the things the agent can look up and act on, which is why each piece we add takes less work than the one before it.
- 1Decide what it answers and what it refuses
- 2Find where the knowledge really lives
- 3Prepare the material so it can be searched
- 4Build the confidence gate firstGate before this step
- 5Build the agent behind the gate
- 6Test it on real questions
- 7Put it where your people already areGate before this step
- 8Put a person on the flags
Every stage, with what you bring and what you get as each one closes, is set out on How we work.
What we need from you
Access to where your knowledge actually lives, someone in the business who can point us at the good answers, real questions your people get asked, examples of how you would answer in your own words, and a person to review what it declines once it is live. The agent can only be as good as the material behind it, so the more of your real answers we can see, the fewer questions it has to hand back to you.
Where we stop for your sign-off
The scope, including everything the agent must refuse to answer, is signed before anything is built, and the finished agent is judged against that document. Then, before it meets a customer, you see the graded test results and try to break it yourself. It goes live when you decide it is ready.
What you keep
Your knowledge, cleaned up and searchable in one place, which is worth having on its own before an agent ever touches it. You also keep the signed scope and refusal list, the graded test results, and the code, the accounts and the data, in your name from the start.
What happens after
We keep watching an agent after it goes live, because the questions people ask it change and its material has to keep up. Everything it declines goes to a person, those answers feed back into its material, and the set of things it cannot handle shrinks instead of standing still. On ongoing support we also track its health and send you a plain monthly report of what it handled, what broke and what we improved.
The technical side
How we build it
- 01
We gather your knowledge
We pull together everything the assistant needs to know and shape it into a source it can answer from reliably.
- 02
We ground it in facts
We use retrieval so the assistant answers from your information, which keeps it accurate and stops it inventing things.
- 03
We give it the actions it can take
We wire it into your calendar, CRM or database through their APIs so it can actually do things, not just talk, working from a fixed list of actions it is allowed to take and nothing else.
- 04
We set its limits and keep you in control
We try to break it before your customers do, set clear limits so it hands over rather than guessing when it is unsure, and hold anything that sends or commits until a person approves it.
- 05
We secure it by default
Your keys stay server side and are never exposed, and the assistant only reaches the systems we explicitly connect it to.
What you end up with
Your customers get fast, accurate answers around the clock, and the routine admin that used to need a person for every step gets read, sorted and drafted in seconds. The agent does the legwork within clear limits, and a person stays on anything that matters.
