The documents that govern how we work with you.

PBot is an AI assistant we build for a business and run for it. It is trained on that business's own material, its recordings, documents, posts and transcripts, and it answers questions from the people that business authorises, through whatever channel they already use. The documents below are the contract for it. Customers sign a separate Order Form, which carries the commercial detail and brings the first three documents into their agreement.
