Gymish privacy policy
Version 1.0. Effective 12 October 2026.
Gymish is a workout app for iPhone made by Pulsar AI Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17310016. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC206261. You can reach us at hello@pulsarai.co.uk.
This policy covers the Gymish app. Our privacy notice for the pulsarai.co.uk website is at pulsarai.co.uk/privacy.
What Gymish keeps, and where
Gymish keeps your workouts, your history, the choices you make for a workout and the exercises you untick. It keeps them only on your iPhone.
The app sends nothing to us or anyone else. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and the app works without an internet connection.
Deleting your data
To delete everything Gymish keeps, tap Erase all my data in History. Deleting the app deletes it too.
If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, the backup may hold a copy of Gymish's data. Gymish can't reach your backups, so you manage that copy through your backup settings.
What Apple may share with us
If you've chosen to share crash reports and usage data with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may pass some of it to us. If you test Gymish through TestFlight and send feedback, Apple passes that feedback to us with the details it attaches.
We use what Apple shares only to find and fix problems in Gymish, which is our legitimate interest under UK data protection law. We don't sell it or use it for advertising, and we keep it only as long as we need it for that. Apple's own handling of this data is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how we use it. Because Gymish keeps your data on your phone, we usually hold none. Email hello@pulsarai.co.uk.
You can also object to our use of what Apple shares with us, and we'll stop using it.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of Gymish sends any data off your phone, we'll update this policy before that version is released and say what changed.
