Privacy notice

This notice explains how Pulsar AI Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17310016, "Pulsar", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use pulsarai.co.uk, get in touch with us, or work with us. It is written to meet UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who is the data controller

Pulsar AI Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at fletchert131@gmail.com, our contact address while we bring a dedicated inbox online.

What we collect

• Contact form: the name, email, phone number and business name you give us, plus your message.
• AI Opportunity Scorecard: your quiz answers, and the name, email, phone number and business name you give us to see your report.
• Chat assistant: the messages you send in the chat widget, and any contact details you share to be followed up.
• Booking: your name and email when you book a call, passed to our scheduling provider to arrange the meeting.
• Web analytics: the pages you visit, your device type, the site that referred you and a session identifier. This is cookieless and first party. Your session identifier lives only in your browser for the length of your visit and is never linked to a durable profile or shared with an ad network.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• Contact form, scorecard and chat submissions: your consent, given when you submit the form, to reply to your enquiry and send the report or answer you asked for.
• Booking a call: your consent, to arrange and hold the meeting you requested.
• Ongoing client relationship and limited business to business marketing about our services: our legitimate interest in running Pulsar and keeping business contacts informed, balanced against your rights. You can opt out of marketing at any time and we will stop.
• Web analytics: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used so we can improve it. No cookies and no cross site tracking are used.

How long we keep it

Enquiry, scorecard and chat data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable follow up period, and is deleted or anonymised after that if no client relationship follows. Client and business contact data is kept for the length of our working relationship and for a period after it ends to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Analytics session identifiers are held in your browser only for the length of your visit.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run Pulsar, each bound by a data processing agreement and instructed only to act on our behalf:

• Vercel, who host the site.
• Supabase, who store our operational data in a London, UK region.
• Anthropic, who provide the AI models behind our chat assistant and scorecard.
• Google and Calendly, once our booking flow is live, to schedule calls.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email fletchert131@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as Pulsar grows. The version on this page is always the current one.
